About Kate McDonald
Kate McDonald received her B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Colorado State University. For more than 30 years she has trained in New York City, Southern California and currently Colorado, helping others successfully set and reach their personal fitness goals.
Kate has helped transform many lives while teaching for her own business, in Fortune 500 Companies, and marathon coaching with Team-in-Training. As a Fascianator Method Master Teacher, Kate educates people about fascia and the importance of a healthy fascial system while teaching them a whole body, self myofascial release method, which helps balance out the body left to right, top to bottom and inside out.
Kate has completed 7 marathons, the Canadian Ironman triathlon and loves to push herself in distance races. She has a genuine passion for people, and loves motivating and helping them be as healthy, strong and fit as they can be.

The Fascianator Method
The FASCIANATOR METHOD is a form of Self Myofascial Release that teaches people how to stimulate and hydrate dry, unhealthy fascia from the bottom of the feet to the base of the skull, which increases circulation, flexibility & mobility, lymphatic drainage, digestion and elimination, decreases chronic aches &pains, decreases inflammation, and so much more. This whole body approach helps neutralize imbalances in the body front to back, top to bottom, left to right and inside out. A special roller called the FASCIANATOR is designed with a specific density to reach the deepest layers of fascia that cannot be reached with a foam roller, and a specific diameter to reach important areas of the body (lymphatic vessels of the groin, axillary area, neck, base of the skull) that large foam rollers cannot reach.
The FASCIANATOR METHOD helps restore the body’s innate ability to heal itself from chronic pain and stiffness before it progresses to dis-function and dis-ease.
