The FASCIANATION METHOD:
The FASCIANATION METHOD is a form of Self Myofascial Release (SMR).
Unhealthy (dry, brittle) fascia is the root of most chronic pain and learning how to keep it healthy (and what actually happens when it isn’t) is incredibly important to our overall health, function and mobility.
A special roller called the FASCIANATOR is used to roll the entire body, from the bottom of the feet to the base of the skull. The FASCIANATOR is designed with a specific density to reach the deepest layers of fascia, and with a specific diameter, to reach areas of the body where larger rollers cannot reach.
The Fascianation Method of SMR teaches people how to stimulate the fascia from the bottom of the feet to the base of the skull, which increases circulation, mobility, lymphatic drainage, digestion and elimination, decreases pain, inflammation, and so much more. This whole body approach helps balance the body front to back, top to bottom, left to right and inside out.
WHAT IS FASCIA:
Fascia is a specialized system of the body that has the appearance of a spider’s web. It is very densely woven; penetrating every muscle, bone, nerve, artery and vein, as well as all of our internal organs including the heart, lungs, brain and spinal cord. Fascia wraps, cushions and supports everything inside our body.

- Fascia is the body’s largest organ and creates our structure and posture.
- Fascia is made up of water, collagen and cells.
- Fascia dries up and becomes hard, dry and/or sticky if it isn’t hydrated.
- Fascia holds onto harmful toxins, inflammatory waste, emotional stress, etc. if it isn’t hydrated, which can create inflammation, disease and cancer.
- Fascia is springy and resilient when it is hydrated, which allows muscles, joints, organs, nerves, etc. to function properly.
